When your customer pays cash on delivery, our rider collects the payment at the doorstep. Taaz then consolidates all collected amounts and remits them directly to your registered bank account within 24 hours — with a full digital statement so every rupee is accounted for.

Taaz currently operates in 100+ cities across Pakistan, including all major metropolitan areas such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, as well as hundreds of secondary cities and towns. Yes. Business account holders get access to the Taaz dashboard, where you can monitor all active shipments in real time from a single screen — with filters by status, city, date range, and rider. Individual customers can also track any shipment via our public tracking page using a single tracking number.

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or minimum commitments. You open a business account, get onboarded by your dedicated account manager (Growth and Enterprise plans), and start shipping. You only pay per delivery based on your agreed rate card.

Taaz offers a RESTful API available on the Growth and Enterprise plans. Once your account is active, you'll receive API credentials from your account manager. Our API documentation covers order creation, status retrieval, COD queries, and webhook events. Plugins for Shopify and WooCommerce are also available for one-click setup.
